Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty. Coverage and the service process are confirmed at purchase.
Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico. Shipping is complimentary on purchases of MXN $7,500 or more, and a cleaning kit is included.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of preference. Cases covered by applicable law will be handled accordingly.
Payments
Purchases may be arranged by bank transfer. Stripe payments will become available once accounts are configured.
